BLANKE PERMAT
Reinforcing Carrier Layer
Height: 3,3 mm | Length: 97 cm | Selection: 18 sqm | Width: 62 cm
BLANKE PERMAT protects tiles and natural stone finishes, saving time and money. For use as a reinforcing underlayment for tile and stone it acts as a decoupling membrane in industrial and private environments on all substrates – from new and old screeds to wood floors – and also combinable with a wide variety of tile formats. Thanks to the glass fibre mesh and multilayer structure the system boasts high adhesive bonding values as well as resistance to bending, tensile and compressive loads. This allows floorings to be laid earlier, as any deflections in shape are not transferred to the upper floor covering; in addition, it is the key product for the floor systems.

BLANKE PERMATOP 1000/3000 EPS-INSULATION PANEL
Height: 3 cm | Length: 100 cm | Width: 50 cm
The BLANKE PERMATOP 1000 EPS INSULATION BOARD is a component of the innovative dry construction floor heating system, BLANKE PERMATOP 1000, with a construction height of 35mm. This floor heating system's advantage lies in the EPS-based installation board equipped with factory-bonded aluminum heat-conducting plates. The heating pipes can be easily inserted into the pre-formed Omega loops. Additionally, the system offers significant compressive stability through the BLANKE PERMAT decoupling mat, which is adhered with BLANKE GLUEMAX adhesive. This unique combination allows for a thin construction while ensuring uniform and rapid heat distribution. The system is particularly suitable for areas with high traffic loads.

Underfloor heating as a dry construction system for maximum efficiency and speed

The BLANKE PERMATOP ECO is a water-based drywall underfloor heating system, which is perfect for renovation and for combination with a heat pump thanks to the installation distance of 16cm. The use of raw materials  is deliberately reduced here without reducing the performance of the system. Unlike other systems, a thinner aluminum layer was applied here and the deflection elements deliberately do without the aluminum heat conducting plates. Resources should be used sensibly without reducing performance. The surface heating and cooling system with a construction height of just 35 mm uses an EPS-based installation board, which means there is no need for screed. The construction time can be shortened by up to 4 weeks due to significantly shorter drying times.

Effective heat distribution

Screed-based surface heating loses a lot of heat to adjacent components or rooms.  They are also colloquially considered sluggish because heating up takes a long time due to the thick screed covering.

The BLANKE PERMATOP underfloor heating ECO is characterized by its design, which eliminates precisely these disruptive factors. Dhe heat source in the Blanke drywall systems is located directly under the floor covering; the system plate also has insulating properties that prevent the heat from escaping example is lost to lower rooms. The heat radiation is distributed evenly and quickly throughout the room by the aluminum baffles - you will feel the heat in no time after switching it on.

Underfloor heating for tiles and natural stone

A surface heating system with a tile top covering is particularly efficient. You know this principle from a fireplace, for example.
Tiles are easy to care for and durable, but the crucial point is that the heat-conducting properties of a tile are ideal for underfloor heating. Tiles are suitable for storing heat and can also give off the heat directly. With the BLANKE PERMATOP ECO, as described above, no screed needs to be heated. The heat is transferred directly to the tile and distributed throughout the room. This means that the heating is not sluggish, but reacts particularly quickly!

Long-lasting thanks to integrated decoupling

If you still have concerns about using tiles or natural stone coverings because tiles could crack due to the heat, we can reassure you. The system is perfected by the decoupling and covering support mat BLANKE PERMAT. The BLANKE PERMAT offers enormous pressure stability and prevents the covering from expanding due to the heat. The tiles are reliably protected by the system, even under high loads. This unique combination enables a thin structure without having to forego even and rapid heat distribution.

Suitable for heat pumps

It is repeatedly emphasized that heat pumps work particularly well and economically when used with surface heating. This is because the heat pump can work with a very low flow temperature thanks to the underfloor heating and the entire floor becomes a radiator. The heat is therefore introduced over a large area. The BLANKE PERMATOP ECO underfloor heating is perfect for operation with a heat pump, as the design of the system is designed for high efficiency.
Little insider tip: With a heat pump you can turn underfloor heating into floor cooling. Perfect for summer and more pleasant than air conditioning.
