BLANKE PERMATOP 3000 is a flat dry installation floor construction system with an installation height of 31 mm. The EPS-based installation panels are bonded to an aluminium heat diffusion plate, which distributes the heat quickly and evenly across the floor. The system also has high pressure stability, especially in combination with the BLANKE PERMAT decoupling mat.

The BLANKE PERMATOP COMPOSITE METAL PIPE is an individual component of the dry construction underfloor heating systems. The surface heating systems combine the advantages of an EPS-based installation board with a factory-bonded aluminum heat distribution plate, including a pre-formed Omega loop for easy insertion of heating pipes. Additionally, the systems offer exceptional compressive strength through the decoupling mat BLANKE PERMAT, which is bonded using BLANKE GLUEMAX. This unique combination allows for an extremely thin floor structure without compromising on even and rapid heat distribution.

BLANKE GLUEMAX is a fast-curing powder dispersion adhesive to fix BLANKE PERMAT onto the BLANKE PERMATOP underfloor heating and cooling system, the electric heating system ELOTOP 1000. and on BLANKE PERMATFLOOR. In addition, BLANKE GLUEMAX is suitable for glueing BLANKE PERMATOP directly onto wooden substrates and young screed in interior areas. BLANKE GLUEMAX is also suitable for glueing ceramic flooring directly onto substrates or the appropriate decoupling mat/underlayment (e.g. BLANKE PERMAT etc.). Consumption approx. 2.5 kg/m2 with an 8 mm notched trowel.

BLANKE PERMAT protects tiles and natural stone finishes, saving time and money. For use as a reinforcing underlayment for tile and stone it acts as a decoupling membrane in industrial and private environments on all substrates – from new and old screeds to wood floors – and also combinable with a wide variety of tile formats. Thanks to the glass fibre mesh and multilayer structure the system boasts high adhesive bonding values as well as resistance to bending, tensile and compressive loads. This allows floorings to be laid earlier, as any deflections in shape are not transferred to the upper floor covering; in addition, it is the key product for the floor systems.
