BLANKE FILLOCREED – Self-levelling compound for surface heating systems and floor renovation BLANKE FILLOCREED is a self-levelling compound for selected BLANKE surface heating and cooling systems as well as for floor renovation in combination with BLANKE PERMAT. Its fluid consistency creates a smooth, level surface without the need for sanding or additional finishing. Depending on the system, BLANKE FILLOCREED fulfils different functions, ranging from heat distribution to creating a ready-to-install substrate for non-ceramic floor coverings. Applications Surface heating and cooling systems BLANKE PERMATOP SF / SF 14 – for non-ceramic floor coverings In the BLANKE PERMATOP SF and SF 14 systems, BLANKE FILLOCREED replaces the combination of BLANKE PERMAT and BLANKE FILLOTHERM. It serves as the heat distribution layer, ensures uniform heat distribution and provides the base for the subsequent floor build-up with non-ceramic floor coverings. Dry construction systems – for non-ceramic floor coverings In BLANKE dry construction systems, the integrated BLANKE PERMAT uncoupling mat is filled with BLANKE FILLOCREED. This creates a smooth, level surface that is ready for the installation of non-ceramic floor coverings without sanding or any additional finishing work. BLANKE PERMATOP SF SPA – for ceramic and non-ceramic floor coverings In the BLANKE PERMATOP SF SPA system, BLANKE FILLOCREED serves as the heat distribution layer. BLANKE DISK is then installed as the uncoupling and waterproofing layer. This system build-up is suitable for both ceramic and non-ceramic floor coverings. Floor renovation with BLANKE PERMAT Filling BLANKE PERMAT with BLANKE FILLOCREED creates a stable, uncoupled and level substrate for new non-ceramic floor coverings. Time-consuming finishing work, such as sanding, is eliminated. The system is ideally suited for renovation projects on a wide range of existing substrates, including cracked screeds, existing tiled floors and timber floorboards. Important notes BLANKE FILLOCREED can be applied both manually and by machine. It is ready for floor covering installation after just 12 hours. Tile adhesive must not be applied directly to BLANKE FILLOCREED. The required system build-up depends on the intended application and the selected floor covering. FAST CURING FREE-FLOWING CEMENT MORTAR FOR BLANKE PERMATOP BF+, BFC and SF / SF14

BLANKE FILLOTHERM is a fast-curing, free-flowing cement mortar for the BLANKE PERMATOP BF+, BFC and SF / SF14 underfloor heating systems. The low-shrinkage product encloses the heating pipe and ensures optimum, even heat distribution. Thanks to the special geometry of the BLANKE PERMATOP BF+ BASE and BFC BASE studded structure, a thin 8 mm covering suffices to create a self-supporting energy distribution layer in combination with the BLANKE PERMAT underlayment and decoupling mat.
