The BLANKE SEPARATOR is a hydraulic component installed in the heating circuit. It is designed to remove sludge, suspended solids, and iron-containing particles from the system water.

The BLANKE MICRO-LBA is a hydraulic component installed in the heating circuit. It is used to separate corrosive gases and air from the system water.
BLANKE MIXING UNIT

The BLANKE MIXING STATION is a pre-assembled unit consisting of a housing, high-efficiency pump, and a temperature mixing valve for heating wall and floor constructions. The mixing station allows heating surfaces to be connected as a single unit up to a maximum of 15m² or, in combination with the BLANKE Y-CONNECTOR, up to a maximum of 30m².

The BLANKE RETURN TEMPERATURE LIMITING VALVE with a real glass cover in black is used for tempering a small floor area. This component can be connected to an existing heating system and enables the tempering of an area, such as in a bathroom. It cannot be used as a standalone underfloor heating system; an additional radiator is generally required.

BLANKE FIXED-VALUE CONTROL STATION

Equipped with a plate heat exchanger, the BLANKE FIXED-VALUE CONTROL STATION enables the integration of BLANKE surface heating and cooling systems into existing heating systems with high flow and return temperatures. It is especially suitable for use in older installations where the quality of the heating water is unknown or heavily contaminated.
The plate heat exchanger separates the primary circuit (existing heating system) and the secondary circuit (newly installed BLANKE surface heating) into two hydraulically independent systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
