Return instructions for end customers and builders
End customers can return items within 14 days. Please note that the items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return transport and the costs incurred. If you register your return in advance using the form, we can process the request more quickly. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process your return. The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days after the return has been handed over to the shipping partner.
Return instructions for professional customers and business customers
For B2B customers or professional customers, we must check who is responsible for the return before returning the item. For example, if the product was purchased from a specialist retailer, they are responsible for taking it back. If you would like to initiate a return, as a professional customer please always use the returns form. An employee from the sales team will then contact you shortly to discuss the further process of the return.
The goods must always be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return transport and the costs incurred. Please also note that we charge professional customers a restocking fee of 15%, which will be deducted from the credit.
