BLANKE PERMATFLOOR is a screedless flooring system with integrated insulation and decoupling. Due to its characteristics, the system forms an ideal substrate for the tile covering. Thanks to its minimal weight and low installation height, it is ideal for renovating existing homes.
The thermally insulating rigid foam board of the flooring system is extremely durable and also insulates footfall sound. With an insulation thickness of 40 mm, the footfall sound improvement factor is 11 dB.

BLANKE PERMATFLOOR is an alternative to conventional floating screed. The PERMATFLOOR is a floor insulation system that comprises an insulation layer and the long-standing decoupling and surface carrier mat, BLANKE PERMAT. This creates an innovative dry construction system for the flooring area that can replace traditional screed. The PERMATFLOOR system includes the following components: BLANKE PERMATFLOOR insulation (WLS 0.35), BLANKE GLUEMAX adhesive, and BLANKE PERMAT decoupling mat.
With a surface weight of only 4 kg/m², the system is extremely lightweight. However, it can support a traffic load of 2 kN/m², offering high stability. This system saves considerable time compared to conventional screed. The installation without a drying phase means the floor is immediately walkable and can be tiled after just one day. With a construction height of 60 mm and maximum load capacity, the system is ideal for replacing old screed. Whether for basements, attics, old or new buildings, raw ceilings, or existing tiles, this versatile flooring system can be used in all areas and on various substrates.
