BLANKE PERMATFLOOR
BLANKE PERMATFLOOR is a screedless flooring system with integrated insulation and decoupling. Due to its characteristics, the system forms an ideal substrate for the tile covering. Thanks to its minimal weight and low installation height, it is ideal for renovating existing homes.
The thermally insulating rigid foam board of the flooring system is extremely durable and also insulates footfall sound. With an insulation thickness of 40 mm, the footfall sound improvement factor is 11 dB.
Architects, building owners and installers alike benefit from the second system component, the BLANKE PERMAT reinforcing substrate mat, which allows the installation of any covering and reliably protects tiles against cracking. BLANKE PERMATFLOOR is the perfect alternative to screed, true to the motto “why screed, when you can insulate?”.

BLANKE PERMATFLOOR is the alternative to conventional, floating screed. The PERMATFLOOR is an underfloor insulation system consisting of an insulation layer and the long-established decoupling and surface carrier mat, BLANKE PERMAT. This creates an innovative dry construction system for flooring, capable of replacing traditional screed. The PERMATFLOOR system includes the following components: BLANKE PERMATFLOOR insulation (WLS 0.35), BLANKE GLUEMAX adhesive, and the BLANKE PERMAT decoupling mat.
With a surface weight of only 4 kg/m², the system is extremely lightweight, yet it can withstand a traffic load of 2 kN/m² and offers high stability. This system significantly saves time compared to conventional screed. The absence of a drying phase allows the floor to be walked on immediately and tiled after just one day. Due to its minimal construction height starting from 35 mm and maximum load capacity, the system is ideal for replacing old screed. Whether for basements or attics, old or new buildings, raw ceilings, or old tiles, the versatile floor system can be used in all areas and on various substrates.
