Prices and Order Processing

Many of our products require a solid level of expertise for installation/application. Therefore, we recommend that the products be installed by a specialist/professional. The marked “Profi Products” can only be ordered by registered dealers and processors. Register here as a dealer or here as a processor. If you are already registered, you can log in here through the customer login and then create an order. After a new registration, your customer account will be reviewed and activated within 24 hours. The billing for processors is carried out through the preferred dealer specified at the end of the ordering process.

Other products without markings, such as spare parts and promotional items, can be freely purchased.

Please note, as a dealer or processor, that we display different pricing units on Blue Base compared to the catalog. After placing your order, it will be processed internally, and any applicable discounts will be considered. You will receive an order confirmation from our sales team with the invoice prices as usual.

For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, the following applies:

- Free delivery for orders over €1000 gross merchandise value.

- For orders under €1000 gross merchandise value, we charge €59 in shipping costs.

- For products not marked as Profi Products, there is a €10 shipping cost.

- For shipping to Austria and Switzerland, we charge €14.90 in shipping costs for all freely available products.

Shipping to all other countries is calculated individually and is indicated in the order confirmation.
