Pricing and Order Processing

Many of our products require solid expertise for proper installation and application. We therefore recommend having these products installed by a specialist or professional. Products marked as “Professional Products” can only be ordered by registered dealers and contractors. Register here as a dealer or here as a contractor. If you are already registered, you can log in through the customer login and place an order. After registering, your account will be reviewed and activated within 24 hours. Orders for contractors are invoiced through their designated preferred dealer at the end of the ordering process.

Other products without a “Professional Product” label, such as spare parts and promotional materials, are freely available for purchase.

Please note that as a dealer or contractor, prices displayed on the Blue Base may differ from individual purchase price lists. The Blue Base shows list prices intended to assist with quick calculations.
After placing your order, it will be processed internally, and applicable discounts will be applied. You will receive an order confirmation from our sales team with the final invoice prices.

Since 2025, delivery costs are calculated based on purchase prices. A list of purchase prices is available upon request. Note that the shipping cost information on the Blue Base serves as a guideline, and these costs may vary in the final order confirmation.

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

- Free shipping for orders over €500 purchase value.

- Orders up to €499 purchase value incur a shipping cost of €40.

- For non-professional products, a shipping fee of €10 applies.

Drop Shipment Fee for Construction Site Deliveries:

- Up to €499 purchase value = additional €25 drop shipment fee.

- €500–€1000 purchase value = €50 drop shipment fee.

- Over €1000 purchase value = €100 drop shipment fee.

** The drop shipment fee is waived entirely for Blue Base orders!

International Deliveries:

- For free products shipped to Austria and Switzerland, we charge shipping costs of €14.90.

- All deliveries to other countries are calculated individually for you.
